I had another great experience at Jeep in Princeton! This is actually my second vehicle purchase from this location, and once again, the process was smooth and positive. Andrew was wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered my questions, and really worked with me to help meet my price points. He made sure I understood everything along the way and made the experience feel much less stressful. I also returned my previous vehicle with absolutely no issues, which made the entire transition seamless. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service I received from Andrew and the team. I would highly recommend Andrew and this Jeep location to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I’m happy to be a returning customer and will definitely consider them again in the future!

I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Compass from this dealership. I want to start by saying that Larry, my salesperson, was great to work with and made the buying process easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale was very disappointing. Less than a month after purchasing the vehicle, it failed to start while I was on my way to my Godmother’s funeral. As you can imagine, I was already dealing with a difficult and emotional day, and having my newly purchased vehicle break down only added to the stress. Since the vehicle was covered under warranty, I brought it to the service department. I was informed that the necessary part was unavailable and would need to be ordered, meaning I would have to return at a later date for the repair. While I understand that parts shortages can happen, what frustrated me most was the lack of support provided afterward. I asked if a courtesy vehicle could be made available since my recently purchased car was experiencing a warranty-covered issue. I was told that no loaner vehicles would be available for weeks. Being left without reliable transportation less than a month after purchasing a vehicle is not what I expected from a dealers

Leon is hands down the best... number one, no question. If you’re going to this dealership, do yourself a favor and call ahead to make an appointment with him. He’s absolutely worth the wait. What really sets Leon apart is how he treats you. He doesn’t pressure you or try to shove anything down your throat. Instead, he takes the time to walk you through everything, explains the details clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable and confident in your decision. On top of that, his follow-up has been phenomenal. His communication is consistent, responsive, and genuinely helpful even after I drove off the lot. The dealership also hooked me up with a great maintenance package, which I highly recommend adding. Overall, this was such a smooth and positive experience that I’m already thinking about my next car and I just got this one. If you want someone who actually cares and will take care of you the right way, Leon is your guy.

I rarely write reviews but this just had to be shared. I walked in hopeless and walked out with a brand new car. Eric, my salesman, was nothing short of AMAZING!! He worked with me, stayed patient, kind and courteous. I’m really leary of going to dealerships because of the hard sell, and I did not get that here. If you want a great car selection, great customer service, and an easy car buying experience def come to Princeton Jeep and def ask for Eric, you will not be disappointed.
